Now I know I’m not the greatest blogger in the world (1 per month… oops), but today I feel like throwing in a tonne of animated goodness your way.
Okay, to start off I have spent the last week and a bit on a sort of end-of-semester holiday and have spent the majority of my time sleeping. Yesterday however I did managed to haul myself out of stasis and go to the Hen and Chicken in Bristol for and animation night where I bumped into loads of animators, Aardman mostly- but also a few students/graduates from Newport’s animation course, one of which I was surprised to find out is the animator of the fantastic ‘I can’t colour in’ stick animations Felix Massie.
At the animation night we were shown his latest completed work Keith Reynolds can’t make it tonight, an excellent flash animation which has won Best Overall Film and Best Script at the International Film School Wales.
Got a cold today and I’ll be going home for a few days, probably upload a few photos of interest. Speaking of which, here are two dogs fighting over a rope swing :)
Okay, so I’ll post again soon!

Well a new year has rolled on in, let’s give it a chance as being as good as 2007 before we judge it.
2007 WAS awesome. Good A-Levels, finished college, started Uni, got and advert on TV, got a ‘great’ job at GAME, and generally had a nice time.
I also managed to start a few flash projects last year, and I have to say some are getting along a lot better than others.
As for ‘Get Blue Spheres’ I’m probably being a bit too ambitious, as many problems keep occurring.
I’ve also increased my activity on Newgrounds, trying to get my 5 a day :p just about reached lv14 which is nice :)
I’ll let you know if anything cool comes up. ttfn
Hello everyone
As some of you may know, I won the chance to think of an idea for a new Skittles advert, and overlook the production of it for TV.
Well the good news is that it is finished and will be on TV this Saturday afternoon during friends on E4, and then at four other times on different channels throughout the week. So if you’d like to see the final product of my idea then please flick over to any of these programs on TV next week
17th 17:55 ITV2 Judge Judy
20th 07:54 C4 Everybody Loves Raymond
20th 12:15 Five Home and Away
21st 21:50 Five US CSI
22nd 17:45 E4 Friends

You will also be able to see it here at Skittles’ UK bebo page!
And comment here with what you thought of it!
(also, the showing on the 15th at 17:15 on E4 during Friends has been moved to the 17:45 showing on the 22nd)
Sorry about no updates for about a month now!
I would like to tell you that here at obcom, I am developing 2 new games!
Each game is a sort of remake of currently existing games, quite old ones too, but I am putting all my effort into making these games to a very high standard and I am trying my best to not cut any corners and make them as good as I want them to be!
I will post updates for each of the games separately, most likely starting tomorrow. For now I will tell you the game names;
1. Game Wars
2. Get Blue Spheres

And a screenshot from the current stage of Game Wars’ production :)
Well, as the title says, these are among the first of my stop-motion creations. The first isn’t meant to have sound by the way, we had to create a relationship between objects without facial expressions or sounds. Please enjoy.
Mild adult themes and language

First of all, apologies to those of you who are actually searching for naked fighting, you perverse people you. I made this animation using the voices of Penny Tanous, Liam Rush and myself, and as there are 3 characters and it is nearly a minute of frame by frame animating- it took AGES (3 days). I hope you like it!
This is my first ever animation made whilst on this animation degree course. It’s only a line test, and only 18 frames of drawn animation, but I hope you like it.
I am 19 today (as is my twin brother www.mont.tk).
Uni is alright so far, I’ve met some great people and can’t wait for the course to start.
So, if anyone who knows me is in Bristol, give me a call or email or something and we can meet up :)
